We work remotely, but together
Our agency is 100% remote, so we find unique ways to connect.
We communicate via Slack and sometimes choose to work in tandem over video call. We’ve coined this synchronised swimming.
Once a year, we fly up to Noosa for week-long catch up. Here, we talk life, strategy and our vision for the upcoming year.
Throughout the week we have regular social and work-related catch ups, and make sure we get together whenever we’re in the same location.
Being remote means we don’t always see what’s going on with clients, so we rely on our team for updates and recommendations.
When you have creative freedom, your work is better. So, we trust our ducklings inherently and never need to micromanage.
