InteliCare Project Overview

Services: Customer Personas, Web Design

ASX listed company InteliCare (ICR), came to us with a problem. Their website was positioned as B2C, and the business had shifted to a B2B model. The whole brand positioning and tone of voice needed an overhaul to inform the new website structure and page content.

InteliCare have advanced tech that enables the important, human work to be done in the critical aged care and disability sectors.

We partnered with them to shape a clear, confident tone of voice and a website that’s warm without being fluffy, professional without feeling clinical, and built to support real people navigating real decisions.

Thoughtful language, intuitive structure, and a digital presence that actually cares.

Example key visual created for the website featuring floating UI elements and generative AI backgrounds

As well as building them a new website, our ducklings have also helped pull together supporting sales and marketing collateral, including a 4-page brochure to spruik the software to residents of the various Retirement Living facilities using InteliCare’s tech.
