Experiencing a long-term decline in organic rankings and traffic, Beca approached us for an SEO strategy to turn around these downward trends. The campaign’s primary goal: improve Beca’s search visibility across Australia and New Zealand by targeting generic, top-of-funnel keywords in the highly competitive engineering consultancy space.

Strategy + process
We began by identifying and correcting multiple Technical SEO issues, from deindexing duplicate content to redirecting broken backlinks. Next, we designed proper keyword targeting across the entire site to resolve long-standing keyword cannibalisation. Key pages were then updated with optimised content and metadata, and further supported by a focused campaign to build relevant, authoritative backlinks.
